Cancellation Policy

Morningstar Pet Hospital aims to provide the highest quality of medical care to as many patients as we can. Any time an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice it prevents another pet from being seen. For this reason; we have implemented a cancellation policy effective June 1st 2019.

APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED WITH AT LEAST 24 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE.

To cancel an appointment please call the clinic directly at 905-493-7722; leave a message if you are unable to speak directly to a staff member. You may also email the clinic at info@morningstarveterinary.com.

All cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise a late cancellation fee of $15 may be applied to your account.

If you do not call to notify us of cancellation and do not show to your appointment there will be a no show/ no call fee of $15 applied to your account.

If 3 appointments are missed then we will require you to pre-pay an examination fee of $96.30 at the time of booking.

We understand life is not always predictable and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but as stipulated earlier in this contract our goal is to provide quality care to as many of our patients we can.
