Elise has had a love for animals since she was little and always dreamed of working with animals as a profession. She first began working with animals as a volunteer at a rehabilitation centre and later went on to do a co-op at a veterinary clinic. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Trent University in 2025 and joined the Morningstar team in 2026.

When she’s not at the clinic, Elise enjoys spending her free time cuddling with her dog Daisy, who is a rescue from the streets of Egypt. She also has a cat named Finn who loves going back and forth between snuggling and attacking her, and a stray kitty who stole her heart and she had to take in named Salem.
